I recently stayed at Sterling Reef for a family vacation. The amenities were nice, and the view from our room was absolutely stunning. However, there were significant downsides, especially regarding the elevator situation which was quite frustrating, and the check-in process was delayed by three hours. Overall, while I enjoyed my time at the beach, the operational issues really impacted my experience.

I spent a week at Sterling Reef and while I loved the stunning view from our room and appreciated the spaciousness of the accommodations, there were some significant downsides that really affected my experience. The long waits for elevators were incredibly frustrating, and our late check-in time didn’t help either. The staff gave us some vouchers to try to make up for it, but the communication could definitely have been better regarding activities. Overall, I enjoyed the beach and the local atmosphere, but the service definitely needs improvement.
